Hello to my students from Writing 120, section 003: College Writing for Multilingual Students!  I created this blog as a space for members of the class to make occasional posts about cultural topics inspired by our class discussions, etc.

The first topic is music:  I would like everyone to identify one band, musician, composer, or song from your home country that you love.  Tell us a little bit about what you love about this music (3-4 sentences).  If possible, include a link so that we can hear a sample for ourselves. I look forward to discovering some new music through your recommendations!
